Axios International partnered with AstraZeneca and the Tikur Anbessa Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with the aim of making this hospital a center of excellence for breast cancer management and treatment. Together with the Ethiopian Breast Cancer Association, Axios developed a plan for a six-year project to strengthen breast cancer management and treatment, and raise awareness. It has had a profound impact on breast cancer patients and their families.
